My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Haley, and the entire experience—from consultation to recovery—was exceptional. We first met with Dr. Haley two weeks prior to the procedure, and he took the time to walk us through every detail. He explained what to expect before, during, and after the surgery, which helped ease both my daughter's and my concerns. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Haley and his staff made sure she felt completely at ease. His calm and reassuring demeanor made a big difference in reducing her anxiety. The procedure went smoothly, and we were impressed by how organized and professional the entire team was. What really stood out was the recovery. Thanks to Dr. Haley’s skill and precision, my daughter had minimal swelling and discomfort. She was up and feeling like herself again much quicker than we anticipated. We’re very grateful for the excellent care she received and would highly recommend Dr. Haley.

Dr. Haley and his staff were caring and professional the whole way through. I had a wisdom tooth extraction with local anesthetic and nitrous oxide (laughing gas). The initial exam and surgery scheduling process was efficient and informative. As a surgeon and practice owner myself, I especially appreciated the excellent staff and surgery estimate that was clearly explained to me beforehand. The procedure itself went smoothly and only took about 10-15 minutes. I honestly don’t think I felt the effects of the laughing gas but I wasn’t anxious because the staff and Dr. Haley talked to me throughout the procedure and kept me entertained with the conversation. I felt moderate pressure during the numbing injection but it wasn’t painful and felt mild to moderate pressure during the rest of the procedure. Afterwards, I was given a pamphlet explaining aftercare instructions in detail as well as a bag with several helpful supplies. Dr. Haley’s resume speaks for itself but meeting him in person and having completed a procedure by him, it’s easy to see that he loves what he does and really is exceptional at his craft in an effortless way. His staff is also well trained and reflective of his excellent care. I would give Dr. Haley my highest recommendation for dental surgery.

Dr. Haley and Dr. Culbreath are so great! We've met with them both and have had a terrific experience. Dr. Haley did my kids' wisdom teeth. It was easy, efficient, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. What a treat!

I went to Dr. Haley for a wisdom teeth consultation and removal. The scheduling process was easy and the procedure went well. Dr. Haley and the entire staff were super great to work with and made me feel comfortable. I recommend them highly!

I was very nervous before going in to get my wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Haley and Destiny made me feel super comfortable during my surgery and gave me all the information I needed. They played my favorite music during the surgery and it felt really quick. All of the nurses are very proactive and helped with all of my questions and calls post surgery. Madeline also checked up on me a week after my surgery and recommended different ways to deal with the pain and she was very helpful.

I saw Dr. Culbreath yesterday for a tooth extraction. I followed his instructions and had no pain!! I can't say enough about him . He is so nice and really cares about his patients. Highly recommend Tennessee Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Haley, and I couldn’t recommend him more! I was nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. Haley, all the nurses, and staff are so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a super easy/pain free recovery, and credit that to the whole team including Dr. Haley and Destiny. 10/10 :)
