I went for my pre-op and the tech didn’t wear gloves while taking my blood and wore her mask below her nose. The doctor and practitioner were excellent but the tech caused me to have no confidence in this center. I’m so relieved that I stayed with Dr. Langan’s surgical team because they simply couldn’t have been more excellent in every way. Start to finish was perfect for my surgery day.

Quality of care aside, this TOA location has been consistently poor at meeting their own appointment times. I've had to visit this TOA four separate times recently. On the first three occasions, I was not seen until 30-60 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Prior-to and upon checking into my fourth appointment, I notified TOA that I had to catch a flight out of the nearby BNA airport 2 hours later. I waited for over 75 minutes after checking-in without being seen, at which point I had to leave and rush to the airport. How much longer it would have taken, I can't say.

My Nephew went here with a broken arm that was straight. After six weeks in a cast his arm was visibly bent. Doctor said it would grow back straight in 6-12 months. Second opinion said he needed surgery to straighten it and still may lose range of motion. Said it would get straighter over time without surgery but would not be able to get close to full range of motion without surgery.

Dr Petty and his team have taken great care of me from pre-op to surgery, and now post-op as well. Highly recommend.

My father's appointment was at 9am. We got here at 8:30am and was not seen by the doctor until 9:45am.Why schedule him if you guys are busy and maybe short staffed? That's not even the main issue of my complaint. My father broke both of his knees and he is in medical braces. They needed X-rays and needed to take off the braces, and the nurse ask for me to walk with her so I can take off his braces for the X-rays..... Ummm, I do not work here nor am I medically trained for that. Why in the hell would I take off his leg braces when you're the actually trained nurse that works here? Then she had an attitude like I was qualified to do so. Very unprofessional and I would probably find a different location to go to.

Dr. Crook was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative…My husband and I immediately felt at ease when Dr. Crook was called into the ER to care for our son. We know 100% Dr. Crook’s main goal is to lead our son to wellness. Dr. Crook gave up much of his Mother’s Day evening to make sure our son is one step closer to getting better! Thank you Dr. Crook!
