Our family of 4 absolutely loves Terrace Pediatrics! The doctors and staff are understanding, accommodating, and quick to respond to after hour emergencies. We love being treated like we are family while we are there and they never fail to make us feel very missed in between appointments.

The nurses are rude. they dont want you to ask anyquestions, and they will tell you time and time again they you should be on time for your appts but once you arrive at the scheduled appt. it takes 1:12 minutes to see another doctor! I have had to see another doctor twice because of my child DR wasnt available or running behind!. I strongly suggest you check your claims when sending kids here. ask for an itemized bill! I wouldnt suggest any of my family to go here. Very disappoint in the nurse phyills here as she was rude, condescending, and gaslighted my conversation when i was concerned about my daughter I believe you should interview these healthcare professionals first

The staff here are rude, it’s very sad. The receptionists are not welcoming and depending on which nurse you get on the phone, they are rude and try to make it to where you don’t ask questions. If my child’s health is involved IM GOING TO ASK A QUESTION. It is not my fault if you don’t know the answer. Professionalism in a place where my babies are receiving care is important to me so let’s see how long I decide to stay at a place that doesn’t make my concerns a priority.

I LOVEEEEE THIS CLINIC!!!! My brother and I went here when we were younger and now my kids go here as well. I wasn’t going to take them nowhere else lol I LOVEEEE DR BRAD, he is PHENOMENAL!! And Jennifer she is the sweetest!! She have been around also for a long time. Dr Brad doesn’t just try to get you in and out like most doctors you can tell he actually loves children/people and enjoy what he does!! He actually takes up time with the child to make sure everything is okay and if something is wrong he definitely will get to the bottom of it and come up with a solution…He is the best HANDS DOWN!! If I could give 10 stars I would lol Definitely recommend this clinic!

Dr.Sanders is amazing with my son. I’ve been going to this Dr since my 1yr old was born. Great staff very helpful. And they don’t mind giving you formula if you’re in need.

We have been going to Terrace Pediatric for 7 years now,all 3 of my kids see Dr. Sanders and he is amazing.I can always contact him via the patient portal even when I am out of the country.I moved to Mufressboro 3 years ago and still drive to Nashville to see Dr. Sanders.All the doctors at TPG are amazing 👏

Looking for my kids a new Pediatrician TODAY. Whoever Phyllis is she’s RUDE. OMG where is Ms.Shelia at because she made me feel so much better when I called about my kids. Dr.Price we miss you 😢
