Dr Jerkins’s saved my life and got to the root of my problem. She is the most brilliant Endo and person that I know. So very thorough and kind.

I met her for the first time on 3/9/2023 and she is AMAZING!!! So informative, listens intently, asks thought provoking questions so that she can learn more on how to help you! 10/10!!!

Arrogant and dismissive and disrespectful . Doesnt help. Late and makes patients wait too long. Do not recommend.

I like the way she sees potential in her patients and she provides the intervention needed to care for them. I also like the way she explains things and never makes me feel rushed. We need more doctors like her that are truly interested in the patient and not just the buck they can make. I have found her to be very responsive and her staff is responsive as well.

I love Dr Jerkins! I started seeing her in 2011 and eventually moved to another state so I had to see someone closer to me geographically. As an individual with Type 1 diabetes it is incredibly important to have a GOOD, INVOLVED physician. I never had anyone like her before I started seeing her, nor did I meet another doctor that came close to her genius after I left Nashville. I eventually moved back to Nashville and started seeing her again. And my blood sugars are more on track and consistent because she cares, she’s smart and she’s tough. She tells you how it is and doesn’t coddle you. I’m so blessed to have met her and to call her my doctor.

Dr. Terri Jerkins is a rare find, if you are looking for someone with industry leading knowledge and a committed doctor to tell you the truth and not to just blow rainbows in your directions, I highly recommend her. Yes it is challenging to get on the calendar, but this shows her commitment to her patients and the field she is in does not get a one time visit and your done. ~Semper Fidelis

I really like Dr. Jerkins and found her knowledgeable and caring, but her staff will not return phone calls, send in lab orders, or respond to basic requests. They gave me the wrong lab container, and I had to completely redo a 24-hour urine collection. If she had a better office staff, I would not be looking for a new endocrinologist.

This doctor saved my life. She is the most knowledgeable physician I ever met. I worked in medicine for over 25 years and have met a lot of doctors so I feel confident in saying this. She also has a staff that gives 110%. They will also work with your insurance co. to get what you need. She came to my hospital room after 7 o'clock at night to meet me after seeing patients in the clinic all day. It was my first day out of ICU. She is dedicated to her patients and their families as well. She will sit and answer all of your questions and your family's questions without ever feeling rushed. She gives you as much time as you need at every visit. I hope this was helpful to you in finding a new physician. She might save your life as well.
