I must say I had my doubts with acupuncture however, I was also tired of the pain in my neck, and shoulders. What Dr Thomas has done for me through his treatments has reduced my pain, and given me some flexibility back. His treatments are relaxing & peaceful and very professional, down to earth. Dr Thomas Noonan has been my acupuncture provider for over a year and I cannot say enough about this marvelous young man! He is extremely proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of his practice of acupuncture and always, always takes the time to answer any and all questions before and after a treatment. He is very gentle and my comfort during the treatments has always been of the utmost importance to him. He has always gone out of his way to make sure that I understand how the acupuncture treatment or cupping treatment is helping to heal and treat whatever physical issue I am having. He is extremely kind, courteous and respectful and he is just a plain old decent human being and his caring nature is genuine. I highly recommend Dr Noonan if you are seeking acupuncture treatment. He is amazing! The only reason I am giving this facility a 4 is because an encounter I had with the so called "Manager" of this facility. I understand Juliana is fairly new to the clinic and I guess she is still learning the do's and don't's about customer service. Right now her customer service skills are abysmal. She will very much let you know SHE is in charge but will not go very far to work with you to problem solve regarding scheduling issues or any other issues it seems. My encounter with her was incredibly distasteful and unproductive and left me feeling frustrated and totally devalued as a person and a client. I highly suggest, that if you do choose Dr. Noonan to be your acupuncture provider, deal directly with him when scheduling appointments and circumvent interacting with Juliana all together. He IS a problem solver and he goes out his way to show that his clients are valued!!

This place is amazing! I went in today and wasn't sure what I needed they gave me a treatment for stress relief and it was so good! Also, they do have free stress relief for military families and veterans! Give it a try, it's wonderful.

The Inn Spot Community Acupuncture participated in the acupuncturists without borders program which provides free healthcare and emergency medicine in under-served areas as well as standing strong in the mission that all people should have access to quality healthcare. The owner, Guy Page is an Air Force Veteran who has made it his mission to help the community and veterans in need. If one requires more involved acupuncture therapy, then the prices are very affordable to all levels of income. The people working here care about those they serve, and it shows. This seems more like a mission than a business. The doctors here are caring, morally driven, and effective. It's amazing how well the treatments work!

I started going to the Inn Spot Community Acupuncture after my neurologist to me to get myself over there ASAP after I told him I had not chosen one due to high cost and non coverage by my insurance.I'm glad I followed his strong recommendation.Guy has been very supportive and has matched me up with an experienced and professional acupuncturist both before COVID-19 closure and since it opened up again this Memorial Day.I have recommended them to my friends and now to you. They have done a lot to help support our local community through Acupuncturists without Borders.org. They are conveniently located in Mission Valley. They have redesigned their space to reflect the "new normal" guidelines designed to protect both their clients and themselves such as meeting clients at their vehicles, fever checks, questions of symptoms etc. before bringing you individually into their office spaces. Give them a call. You will be glad that you did.

Guy and his team have helped hundreds of Veterans with pain and stress relief. When you walk in the clinic, you feel right at home and comfortable. The treatment is refreshing and I really enjoy their mission to help Veterans and First Responders.

This is a fantastic way for the whole community to access affordable alternative healthcare options!
