Excellent Chiropractic care! Not only do they keep my spine in shape through their maintenance program, but my entire medical health is consistently doing well as a result, even though I’m in my mid 60s.

Really enjoy the concept and plans that the Joint offers. I have a wellness plan that lets me visit 4 times a month so I try and stop by weekly. The sessions help relieve lower back discomfort and improve my stride/ posture. One thing I will say is out of the 3 times, I only had one doctor that really took time to do the adjustment as well as show me stretches for home. The other two experiences I had were just quick, a couple minutes of table manipulation and sent in the way. Also the front desk at west end location, Jake, is always great and very helpful. Overall I like the joints services, wish all the staff could be like Jake and Dr.Dorn*

WORST customer service I’ve experienced. After spending 40+ minutes filling out their initial paperwork online st a different location (where I was told profile would be saved so I could complete another time) spent another 20 here going over the same paperwork for them to continually find “one more thing” I needed to fill out. Finally checked all their boxes and then “the system” won’t allow me to submit. Completely inept front desk employee (Kevin??) had no idea how to address the problem and instead suggests he can give me THE SAME PAPERWORK I’ve now spent over an hour on, in hard copy, to start over on. Meanwhile, my daughter goes back and chiro on duty doesn’t even acknowledge her or say anything, or ask / confirm what she’s treating, does a random 2 second manual ‘adjustment’ even though my daughter’s profile specifically requests activator only. Absolutely no attention to patient needs and complete lack of customer service at this location. One star only because zero wasn’t an option.

Dr Alexis was awesome hit me with the ol "take a look at your big toe"then cracked my neck so wonderfully it sounded like a deck of cards being shuffled. See u Monday lol
