Ive started seeing Dr. Osbourne as an infectious disease spec. few months ago due to a workers comp claim involving a bad infection. She has been so proficient that I quickly asked her to be my PCP. Nothing but great experiences so far.

Dr Osborne is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, kind MDs I’ve ever met. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra infinite miles for her patients! Dr Osborne will explain what a patient needs to know about a situation in laments terms. The care she has for her patients is genuine! She is truly amazing!Heather, her nurse, is just as spectacular!!! She goes the extra mile & makes sure she accommodates patients and goes above & beyond the call of duty!Truly outstanding team!!!!!

I recently became a patient of hers, both as my primary care & infectious disease physician, & she is AMAZING! I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic & had developed an infection in my foot, requiring multiple surgeries to overcome. Every time I've seen her, she's answered any questions I've had in an easily understandably fashion while talking TO me, not at me, & that's extremely refreshing. Between that & the simple fact that she REALLY knows her stuff, I cannot recommend her enough. If there were more than 5-stars to give, she'd absolutely get them.

Dr. Osborne is truly a great physician. She never rushes through and examinations and she treats as a patient/human and just another body walking through the door. She is definitely patient focused.

Great dr she has found things that apparently were obvious through blood work others never mentioned. I started with Dr Osborne 10+ years ago. She her self is awesome. I have been aggravated with the office in the past but however she has now moved so hoping it is more organized. But she is very intelligent and knows her stuff. I am in the medical field so I don’t say that lightly takes a bit to impress me

As someone who has dealt with Dr. Osborne for well over a decade I find the criticisms of her way off base. As far as her office staff goes welcome to the world of managed care. People expect all of this personal attention and the reality is that most patients don't have a clue as to what is wrong with them. She would never do the things that she has been accused of she simply wouldn't do. Of course I have insight into the managed care world that most people don't. If you didn't like her then find someone else. The reality is it's real easy to post things online and vent your version of the truth which if really challenged would fall apart!
