Dr French is one of the best & most caring Dr’s. I’ve ever seen. I’m sad that she’s left Utah, but the Dr I have at the U now is very amazing too. If you read this Dr Frech someday, thank you:)

She is the most empathic doctor who will assist you in anyway during your journey with your health issues. I cannot say how much I have appreciated her over the years with Scleroderma. I learned more from her in one visit than my other provider that I went to for 8 yrs. If you email her she gets back to you right away. I could not say enough about her and her knowledge on scleroderma

I think Dr. Frech is great. Even though she has a super busy schedule, when she sees me, I feel I have her undivided attention for those few minutes. She is very knowledgeable on Rheumatoid Arthritis and takes the time to explain things. I'd recommend her to anyone. Too bad she had to move to another area and can't see RA pts. She'll be missed by those pts she did have.

It is very difficult to schedule appointments, because she schedules 6+ months in advance. The clinic is not very good at communicating with my pharmacy. When calling the clinic, the wait time to talk to a person on the phone is usually 5-10 minutes. As far as Dr. Frech is concerned, she is intelligent and explains things and I am confident in her abilities, but I hate dealing with her clinic.
