I was referred to Dr. Osborne by a surgeon. I had caught 2 hospital acquired infections after surgery that seemed to be antibiotic resistant. I ended up having 3 additional surgeries in an effort to cut out the infected tissue. Dr. Osborne took over my infectious disease care upon the fourth emergency surgery. She worked with wound care, connected me with the necessary specialist, coordinated communication between her office and the other three physicians and cleared up my infection 3 months. Prior to that, I had a very large open hole on my spine and a wound vac for 10 months. DR. OSBORNE SAVED MY LIFE!

Ive started seeing Dr. Osbourne as an infectious disease spec. few months ago due to a workers comp claim involving a bad infection. She has been so proficient that I quickly asked her to be my PCP. Nothing but great experiences so far.

I have been a patient of Dr Osborne for almost 3 years. I called to request that she fill out a form for unemployment for me and was told that she would not fill it out without me making an appointment. She has my medical records and knows I have pre-existing conditions that would require me to quarantine at home. Yet I am required by her to come into her office during a pandemic before she will fill out an unemployment form. We were all told that if we were older or had underlying health conditions to stay-at-home! Time to find a new doctor!

Dr Osborne is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, kind MDs I’ve ever met. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra infinite miles for her patients! Dr Osborne will explain what a patient needs to know about a situation in laments terms. The care she has for her patients is genuine! She is truly amazing! Heather, her nurse, is just as spectacular!!! She goes the extra mile & makes sure she accommodates patients and goes above & beyond the call of duty! Truly outstanding team!!!!!

I recently became a patient of hers, both as my primary care & infectious disease physician, & she is AMAZING! I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic & had developed an infection in my foot, requiring multiple surgeries to overcome. Every time I've seen her, she's answered any questions I've had in an easily understandably fashion while talking TO me, not at me, & that's extremely refreshing. Between that & the simple fact that she REALLY knows her stuff, I cannot recommend her enough. If there were more than 5-stars to give, she'd absolutely get them.

I recommend you find someone who actually offers care. You will not find it here. There are far superior medical offices in Nashville. Find one.
