The nurses and doctors were wonderful. But I had set up a payment arrangement prior to surgery. At my pre admission testing appointment. On the day of surgery the lady couldn't find it in the computer and I had stand and wait for her to contact the financial department in order to go in to have the surgery.

Was in the hospital Friday and Saturday. I was treated so well by all staff and doctors. I had a full knee replacement. They kept my pain under control. I was very comfortable the food was really good also. I would prefer to use Centennial always. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

The doctor and medical staff were both caring and professional with their primary concern being my level of comfort. They kept me informed and comfortable before, during, and after the procedure.

The hospital itself is fantastic, even if the nurse did admit she forgot to give medicine. The staff working the check out in the cafeteria around 2pm on 6/13 was absolutely rude. Refused to make eye contact and ignored me the entire time she was checking me out and I was the only customer. She was talking back and forth with the other cashier beside her but they both were awful for no reason. I still said thank you at the end to see her reaction and she sat in silence didn’t even look at me. Who are these people you hire?

I had a knee replacement last week. Everyone was very nice, and professional, and knew exactly what to do to make me feel better. My recovery is going well also.

Dr. Louis Johnson is always wonderful. He spends things clearly and spends a lot of time addressing questions. I find his nursing staff accessible and authentically invested in my well-being.
