I am a new customer with Ultimate Hair , just started four weeks ago. I have been wearing wigs for 5 years, so I was very excited about getting a hair piece. Within the 4 weeks this hair piece has came off 3 times..I have stuck it back on my head with tape. The lady that did my piece was fairly new, she was sweet as she could be, but I didn’t like the bangs the way she cut them and way to short. I have ask for a different person, hopefully my month visit will be better this time. Update: I did call the manager and went in recently and was seen by a different hairstylist which I was very pleased with. So far 1 week after placement I’ve had no problems. Thank you for working with me.

Been going to Bill and Belinda almost 40 years with my husband to get haircare, then lately it has been getting worse and worse. We complained and didnt get a good resolution. The stylist had spray a glue like spray that would tear out the hair. She hadn't been cleaning the hairpiece and glue buildup was months worth. Plus, it was put on lopsided an inch or more. So disappointing.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and my husband needed a service badly, Kerri fit us in and treated us like frequent customers! They were super nice and we would highly recommend! I'd rate them a "10" !!

These people are true professionals! I recently opted in on men's hair unit program and while my nerves were a wreck I can truly say WOW!!! My confidence is back, everyone cannot believe how great it is and they can't see it, and of course more positive attention. #customerforlife
