Best Doctor ever! Dr.Zellar has amazed me. I have spent my entire life (53yrs) being called a hypochondriac (aka Somatic Symptom Disorder - actually on my medical records!) before a couple years ago when I was officially diagnosed with a very rare auto-immune disorder called Relapsing Polychondritis. It has caused serious problems with the connective tissue in my body including stage 3 degenerative disc disease. I have spent thousands going to chiropractors and every type of doctor in an effort to stop the gawd-aweful agony this disease brings with it. NOTHING worked. Even medication could only give me a slight relief on the best of days. I have very literally spent most of my adult life looking forward to the end of it so the pain would end. Earlier this year I was told by my spine doctor after my last MRI that I was going to need surgery and my neck needed to be put into a brace. My nerves were just pinched off too much and I was experiencing 24/7 peripheral neuropathy in all four limbs. I was falling due to loss of balance. I was unable to hold onto objects. It was not good. And I will be frank here, I was terrified. I did NOT want my neck to be operated on and have hardware installed. My body already fights against its own tissue. Lord only knows what it would do to foreign objects!!! So I prayed. Within a few days of receiving this devastating news I met Dr. Zellar at a garden show. That was a shock. And my angels led me right up to her. She was so kind with me. I also have autism and it is difficult for me to talk to strangers. She was gentle and put me at ease. She gave me a book to read about Upper Cervical care. And that was the start of what I personally call a miracle. Now I know this may sound nuts and I know it is just my own truth telling here, but after that very first adjustment I felt different. Other chiropractors had told me that my Atlas was always getting out of wack, but they could never fix it so it would stay in place. Dr. Zellar is THE EXPERT! She carefully went over all my medical history. She spent her own time putting together a plan of treatment for me that took into consideration my disc condition. And she explained her plan to me in detail. The changes I have experienced over the past few months have been life saving. Depression is a known side-effect of chronic pain. Dr.Zellar has relieved my body of that pain caused by my trapped spinal nerve. The peripheral neuropathy is now almost totally gone! And if I ever do need that neck surgery, I don't think it will be for many many more years (if not decades!) I have other issues as well with my body as a result of the relapsing polychondritis. She works with me on those issues and has been able to help me find pain relief that no other doctor could offer.

For anyone who may be confused, Dr. Hill was the chiropractor at this location until he left at the end of 2022. Dr. Zeller is the current chiropractor here and if you were familiar with the excellent care provided by Dr. Hill that same level of care is met by Dr. Zeller. That passion and care she has for her work clearly come through. She spends time with me and listens to my concerns which is amazing when you compare it to other chiropractic offices where they make a correction and then quickly sent you out the door. Dr. Zeller really is excellent and I have no problem recommending her and Upper Cervical Spine Center Nashville to anyone looking for a chiropractor for any reason.

Dr Zellar is phenomenal! I’ve never met a doctor who cares so much. I’ve been to at least 15 doctors in a year and a half trying to get to the bottom of my health issues, and she is the first one to be very intentional about getting to the root of the problem and not just masking my symptoms and passing me on to someone else. She’s very good at explaining everything and answering any questions you have. As well as even going out of her way to help you. I’m so thankful God put her in my path, and I’m looking forward to finally feeling better. Thank you Dr. Zellar from the bottom of my heart for truly caring about your patients. It’s clear that you love what you do.

My boyfriend goes to DR.Zeller for his MS, she is wonderful with him she explains everything to him and keeps him at ease. DR. Zeller and her staff are very professional and friendly.

The Upper Cervical Spine Center is an amazing place. A lot of people think that Upper Cervical chiropractic is only for neck pain but being under care has been so beneficial for me and my husband in many other ways as well. It has given me more energy and helped my body balance my hormones and heal itself. I also had scoliosis since I was a teenager and it has improved significantly after only a few months of getting adjusted. Dr. Zellar is a kind and qualified doctor, you can tell that she listens and cares about her patients. We are so thankful to be under her care!
