List of Vanderbilt Audiology And Hearing Aids's Reviews
My grandparents have both gone to Dr. Sarah Powell for their hearing aids, and each time she has been excellent. She's a natural teacher and very easy to understand. Each time she's recommended great hearing aids and tuned them to perfection. Both of my grandparents are very happy with their hearing aids.
2 weeks ago I sent in my Hearing Aid for Repair. I've heard nothing since! 😂😂😅😂🤣 Amy and Kierstyn are the best!!!
Worst billing and insurance staff ever!!!! Insurance filing for very few claims are ever handled correctly. Billing needs to be turned in to the Better Business Bureau for not handling collected money properly. 1. They took my prepay estimated copay money for my last MRI and never applied it to my account. Then they send me a bill which was for the MRI and never applied my copay I paid up front. Also my estimated copay was higher than the real amount I owe and now they won't send me a refund for the overpay. 2. I had office visit filings for 2 primary care visits at Vanderbilt Integrated Primary Care in Shelbyville that were incorrectly filed as specialist visit rates. I told them I am appealing this with my insurance and to top it all off they used that hospital overpay I made towards one of the office visits I told them which I am appealing. They need to keep hospital billing separate from doctor visit billing. 3. Calling the numbers listed on the bills and online is useless!!! No one ever resolves anything and never calls back. Shelbyville was much better off with Tennova than Vanderbilt. I never had as much problems when they had things in their hands. This is really sad because after I finally get a primary care provider I like them her office is taken over by big business Vanderbilt which only cares about how much money they can cheat you out of. It's really sad because the hands on medical staff at the hospital and my doctor's office are great but then Vanderbilt can't keep billing and insurance straight since the takeover.
I have been a patient there for the last 30 years worked they are 23 had good experiences
Fire Leann Lopez! She’s racist and a disgusting human!
very great staff especially CC tower 704 I believe I was in direct below helipad...
Leann Lopez needs to be fired! There should be no tolerance for racism in an establishment like you have. Hopefully you do the right thing
Racism in healthcare is already a massive systemic crisis. By continuing to employ people like Leann Lopez, it only shows that a company is not willing to be part of the change. If she is so aggressively discriminating against Black people in her time off work, she’s got those same thoughts running through her mind while “treating” them too. Do better.
My journey started on the evening of 9/26/21, my son had to bring me to VWCH ER because I broke my right ankle. All the staff were very professional and very caring. I could have not asked for a better ER experience, if you’re going to break a bone 🦴. The ER Physician was GREAT! And she has a great sense of humor to boot. I was treated with the best of care and I’d like to say a Huge THANK YOU to everyone involved in my ER experience 👏🏻👏🏻🍎🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You just ran a commercial during the ball game and talked about how you take care of your nurses by requiring them to take the vaccine...Here is some feedback for you..I am at an establishment and 4 of us literally busted out laughing..So let me get this straight..They know the risk better than anyone and you want to force them to take the vaccine and you call that taking care of them? Do me a solid..If an ambulance ever brings me in unconscious..Just send it to any other hospital in nashville..Ok thanks..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
