The caregivers are knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate, they are also such a support to my family to allow us to enjoy our grandmother without the stresses of being a caregiver. We have to work and can't stay home to care for Grandma Sophie. The weight that is lifted knowing that a trustworthy company is caring for my loved one is beyond what we could have asked for. Visiting Angels is the reason my grandmother can continue to live in her home safely.

I used the services of Visiting Angels Nashville two different times in the last six years. The second time was just a couple of month ago in April 2024. Each time, their care was outstanding. They are compassionate, and always flexible in their scheduling to align with the needs of my parents. I highly recommend Visiting Angels Nashville to any one who needs some help after a surgery or any medical-related needs. They can do cooking, cleaning and/or perform any house-hold chores to make the life of the patient easier and more tolerable and even help with physical therapy. Nicole came to our house before the surgery to assess our needs. She was great and we really appreciated her assistance /tips in getting ready for the upcoming surgery. We only needed them for a short time, but even after she called a couple of times to ask how I was doing, which I thought was very sweet and genuine. I am very pleased with the care they provided both times. I highly recommend them to any one who needs help at home after surgery or other medical-related needs. They are simply the best.

We have awesome caregivers from Visiting Angels Nashville. K. is so great, we really love her! She has helped us establish a system for keepong up with our supplies, she is continually adjusting to our father's needs as he ages and changes, and she has lots of great tricks and tips that help us keep our father safe and happy! She has built a lovely, trusting relationship with our father. She brightens his day! A. and F. are also wonderful caregivers! They bring quality care and humor, and they enjoy playing cards with him and engaging him in fun activities! Our overnight caregivers J. and Y. are very caring and observant on their overnight shifts. They are gentle with their approach to changing him overnight, as it requires interacting with him while he is drowsy. They help us with light housework and laundry so family can spend their time with dad on engaging activities instead of so much housework! All of our caregivers communicate well with us and utilize the daily communication log that we implemented to keep the team in the loop about my dad. We appreciate all of them!

My mother had home care from Visiting Angels Nashville for 2 years. The caregivers who came to our home were very caring and loving to my mom. When she went into assisted living I still had them spend time with her because she loved the companionship. She looked forward to them coming everyday to help her and spend time with her. She is blind and in a wheelchair so they were a big assistance with meals and bathing.. Thank you Visiting Angel's Nashville for making my mother happy and cared for!
