I was a patient here in 2017-2018 and loved it. They helped me figure out a lot of my issues and make lasting changes to my lifestyle to feel better. I started having symptoms again, so I made an appointment to come back. However, when I asked about COVID protocols or guidelines, the nurses and front desk attendant were very evasive. I had to call to find out that they were not enforcing a mask mandate, checking vaccinations, or requiring employees be vaccinated. I canceled my appointment, so I can't speak to the care provided in the facility, but I can say that their reason for not requiring masks was that their upper respiratory patients could experience distress, but they are not verifying vaccines of the unmasked patients, or requiring the staff to wear masks or be vaccinated. I am disappointed because the care is good, but if you are worried about COVID and want to protect yourself and your loved ones from the virus, find somewhere else.

I had my first appointment and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dr. Dr. White actually listened to me and was very understanding! She gives a simple easy to follow plan but is not pushing in anyway and I did not feel that her opinion was forced on me as I have with other drs, and for the first time I was not told to take medication for my acid reflux, she actually wants to fix the problem. I definitely feel I'm on the right path to getting better and look forward to going back.
