I am a bodyworker here in Nashville and Dr. Elaine's care is an essential part of how I am able to show up and care for my clients. She is Nashville’s finest, and I do not say that lightly! In our time together she has helped me resolve some deep structural patterning that had been limiting me for years. Bodywork would help it, but it would never hold. Now I am *literally* standing differently. My nervous system is more resourced, I feel more vibrant, more creative. I have more access to focus, connection to myself, emotional regulation. All of these things were already within me – through her careful practice I have watched them more fully emerge. I would highly recommend scheduling regular sessions with her if you are looking to find lasting ease in your body, mind, and spirit.

Receiving care from Elaine has truly been the most transformational healthcare I've ever experienced. I got connected with her after years of managing mysterious chronic illness for which western medicine offered no answers.
