From the second you walk in you are immediately greeted by the friendly faces of Gabby and Jordan. These ladies are knowledgeable, welcoming and kind-hearted towards all patients and put you right at ease, especially if you are new to chiropractic treatment and nervous. (also special shout-out to Atlas the therapy dog who is a great stress reliever!) When it comes to seeing one of the doctors you can’t go wrong with Dr Josh or Dr Erin—I would HIGHLY recommend either one! They are some of the nicest providers I have ever come across in Nashville. I saw Dr Josh on my first visit and was able to discuss my current concerns, he allowed me to explain my past chiropractor experience and then took X-rays so he could see the problems in black and white. Once he had that insight he was able to create a treatment plan that worked specifically for my case vs a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach I’ve heard some other chiropractors use. I have continued to see Dr Josh and Dr Erin weekly to help get my back back in alignment and it’s made a noticeable difference! They do progress X-rays at certain intervals as well so you can easily see how things are moving and changing during your course of treatment. All in all I would highly recommend Well Health East Nashville to my friends and family.

I am not sure if "chiropractor anxiety" is a thing or not (like "doctors office anxiety") but I was definitely nervous heading into my first appointment. I had only been to one other chiropractor before 10 years ago and I can still vividly remember how sore I was for a full week after that appointment. Suffice to say I was nervous to meet with Dr Josh for my first consult & adjustment but i was having lower back pain that was starting to impact my ability to so simple tasks so I needed to try something different. Once you're finished with the warm up stretches you'll get to meet with Dr Josh or Dr Erin--both of which I would HIGHLY recommend. They are some of the nicest providers I have ever come across in Nashville. I saw Dr Josh on my first visit and was able to discuss my current concerns, explain my past experience and get X-rays done so he could see the problems in black and white. Once he had that insight he was able to create a treatment plan that worked specifically for my case vs a 'one-size-fits-all' approach I've heard some other chiropractors use. Both Dr Josh and Dr Erin are great about explaining what they're going to be doing during the adjustment (before actually doing anything) to make sure you stay comfortable.I loved the midway X-rays so I could see my progress for myself. Of course I can also feel a difference as well, but it's nice to see that what you're doing at these appointments is actually helping and making a difference in your alignment. All in all I would highly recommend Well Health to friends and family!

I used to work here! I can honestly say that the owners, Dr. Josh and Rebecca, are the best bosses and are so generous! They are Christians before having their business hats on and it shows because they are so patient and caring. They are serious about their own health and don’t recommend anything that they don’t believe in. Dr Josh’s adjustments are powerful, every time!! Gabby is the best CA I have had in my past 11 years of experience. Her personality is always authentic and happy, in front of patients and behind the scenes. Her love of chiropractic is palpable! She’s so educational but if she doesn’t know it she will make it her mission to find out - so if you forgot to ask the doc something bring it up to sweet Gabby! I miss her dearly! Jordan is fabulous, knows Friends quotes, and so helpful with nutrition! Ask her for supplement support, healthy recipes, or restaurant recommendations! She’s the go- to in town!! Dr. Erin is wonderful when you feel under the weather so make sure to not skip your appointment if feeling sick, just give her the heads up!! I don’t know her as well but she saved me from getting sick or from lingering colds! God Bless!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Josh for over 5 years! His knowledge and commitment to you as a patient is unlike anything I’ve ever had. Dr. Erin is equally amazing you really can’t go wrong seeing either of them! On top of Josh and Erin getting to know you and your goals the staff in East is always a pleasure! It’s really a community I love going to and feel 10/10 better when I walk out the door! It’s always quick, easy and it works!
