Come in for first visit, leave with the baby. That's how long you wait in the waiting room.
Wonderful place! Super easy. Took care of my daughter and me for my whole pregnancy! Love dr. Cassidy !
I would not recommend seeing Dr Julia Malis for obstetric care. We were in her care for our first pregnancy. We were disappointed with her unprofessional attitude and lack of kindness and courtesy in general. She has terrible bedside manner. She was not only rude to my husband and I but also to the nursing staff at Centennial Women's Hospital multiple times. She displayed an uncaring attitude for our birth preferences and dismissed our wishes. We were treated with high disregard and disrespect. There were multiple opportunities for her to communicate what steps were being taken, including post delivery repairs, and she chose not to but rather to exercise her authority as the Dr and perform what she felt was best. She chooses what is convenient for her and will leave you feeling as though you can not ask questions or share concerns. If you are looking for a caring, efficient, thorough, and kind OB, DO NOT go see Dr Julia Malis.
I have had nothing but an amazing experience here. I’ve never met a group of doctors and nurses who not only care but listen to their patients. My husband and I unfortunately experienced a miscarriage in August of 2022 and received nothing but sympathy and love from everyone here. I also have never had someone advocate for me more than Nurse Courtney. For me she’s literally been an angel sent from God. I will remain a patient here for as long as I live here. Thank y’all for everything y’all do! Highly recommend and I can’t brag enough!!
I was a patient of Dr. Walco last year and received wonderful care by her. She has since moved on to go back to work at the hospital and I was moved to another physician for my yearly exam. I schedule my yearly exams at least 6-months out as most patients due to plan ahead and take time off work. I was called the morning of my appointment at 7am due to the doctor 'not coming in today'. They then could not get me back on the schedule for several weeks. Once that appointment rolled around, I got a call the day before stating 'We need to reschedule, the doctor will not be in' (it was conveniently Nashville's Spring Break during that time). I was once again, reschedule a few weeks out. Today, I show up for my 3pm appointment, arriving at 2:47pm, filled out my paperwork, and waited until 3:30pm to go back up to the front desk to ask how much longer it will be. After she called the nurse, I was told they likely will not bring me back for another 30-minutes. I unfortunately needed to leave to get back to work and could not spend over an hour in the waiting room. This practice has no consideration for others people time. After three reschedules, I find this completely disrespectful. I've been in the medical field for over 10-years and understand emergencies and situations happen, but this is just completely disrespectful. If you value your time, look elsewhere.
I've been going to dr mackey for 15 years. She's been great, and I highly recommend her. Anytime I have a concern she listens and gives advice and/or is proactive on the issue. I've also seen dr driver a few times and she has delivered my first baby without any issue. I have other women in my family who are seen at this facility and I've heard nothing but good things. Anytime I've had to "wait for extended times" has been from c-sections or births happening during appt times. Which isn't all the time but it does happen. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, but in 15 years I've never had a bad experience. Everyone including staff for labs and front desk employees/ nurses have been incredibly nice and warm to me.
A wonderful experience.
This pracitce just seems incredibly disorganized. Dr's leave and patients are not told that they are gone. Prescrptions are not called in. Phones are transferred to disconnected extensions. Not to say that their doctor's aren't good, but they need much better management for their office.
I do want to say that the staff was very nice but did just want to warn people of the cost. I went for an ultrasound of a fibroid and an office visit. They charged me for two separate ultrasounds, a transvaginal and an abdominal, which really should have been billed as a pelvic complete. It ended up costing me around $500 (with insurance) just for an ultrasound and some routine labs.
I only go every three months to get my depo shot and yearly exams and they’re very nice every time. However, they fail to notify you if your doctor cannot see you in a timely manner and give you the option to reschedule. Twice now I’ve had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment because either my doctor got called away for a C-section or my nurse was not there to give me my shot.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
