As a former employee and having a family member reside here for rehab. I would not recommend sending your loved ones here, yes it’s prettier with the remodeling going on but the attitudes of the administration are disrespectful and ugly. Please do not let them fool you with their caring facades. The staff are amazing and do a great job caring for the patients and families there, but the administration and their director of nursing are terrible people from falsifying medical information to meet state standards to forging vaccination documents for staff they’ll do whatever it takes to make it seem like it’s a “Perfect facility” for your loved ones. It’s a trap for your money. Whatever you do….Please and I mean seriously. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!

A very close friend (adopted mother) is here now and doing very well. I just visited on Monday and found the facility was immaculate, the staff kind and caring, and the food was pretty good too! We went to the dining room for lunch and the restaurant staff was very helpful and responsive. The physical therapy room is state of the art and the staff they're very competent and caring. My mother stood up, with help, for the first time in a long time. She was in another facility that wasn't nearly as good. Very impressed with the renovations going on as well. Although they are undergoing extensive remodeling, they still keep the living and communal spaces clean and tidy.

We love the nursing staff at woodcrest especially Jerald , Thomas , Jennifer , Takisha and all the nurses on the second floor!! We love them all Our father Franklin Hood has been treated so well there and he loves his nurses!! He is alway happy and well taken care of !!

My mom was a patient here after she fell and broke her hip. She was immobile and had to yell for people to come help her because no one would respond to the call button. She was sick and unable to eat and kept telling the staff she was nauseated, but they did nothing to treat her. She finally starting vomiting bile. We called and ambulance and they had to treat her in the parking lot before they could go to the hospital because she was in such bad shape. Definitely not a place I recommend to anyone.

Food was horrible cold as ice meat so Tough you could not cut. Told nurse she said oh ok and walked out with tray and smiled. It is hit and miss on staff.

Do not let your loved ones go here. My grandpa got placed here and had a horrific experience. My grandpa did not receive a bath in 10 days during his visit. The physical therapist began therapy and left the room, and forgot about him. He was stuck in an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. The staff is unhelpful and does not communicate. The employees are on their phones and act annoyed when you ask for anything. Nobody answered the phones We could hear patients yelling “help” from their rooms. Our nurse at the hospital told us his experience is not uncommon, and she’s heard several similar stories about this facility.

I called 3 times trying to obtain a clear answer regarding their visitation policies. The person who answered refused to provide any sort of answer regarding their visitor policies and was very unhelpful. I expect more from a facility such as this and will look at other options for aging family members and suggest you do to. Very poor reception, facility communication and care team. Update: My wife has not spoken to anyone from Woodcrest and I have not spoken to a "Life Enrichment team" member. Perhaps you're mistaken with another Mr. Rochford. Please provide transparency and information regarding your visitation policy in your response. Thanks
