Worst experience at a Dr. Office. Ever. Waited 2 hours past my appointment time after arriving early to fill out paper work. When I approached the receptionist I was told my doctor was notorious for taking two hours between appointments. Not sure how this is exceptable by the physician. Obviously his time is more valuable than mine. Two suggestions. 1. Make appointment times more realistic. 2. Show some common courtesy to the people paying your paycheck. Couldn’t have been more disappointed in a physician.

Dr Kanna is a wonderful Neurologist he takes his time and truly cares about his patience and what is going on in their lives he doesn’t let insurance or policies dictate to him how he treats his patients five star.And the staff is very nice as well and very accommodating

Dr Kanna is a great doctor. His office visits are longer than normal but that is because he is very thorough. Hes not in and out in 5 minutes like most doctors. He listens to your problems and takes the time to figure out whats really wrong with you.

The staff is courteous and kind. The place was nice and clean. It was easy to find with GPS. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to drive for an hour to get there other that everything was great.

Except for the long wait this time I really like Dr . Kanna and his staff. Very friendly and feel like they really want to help me find out what is wrong with me. Would recommend them

On my first visit I waited about an hour in the examination room. I just thought it may be a busy day and let it slide. On my second visit I waited an hour and a half in the examination room. During that time I asked a nurse why am I waiting so long? She stated that he may be doing his rounds in the hospital. The nurse never came back to inform me. When Dr. Kanna finally showed up I told him that I was worried that he may have been in an accident. He stated that he had to work on his computer at home to get credit for his work. I am a veteran and Dr. Kanna ordered extensive bloodwork and mri. His office didn’t send the request to Va. I had to make several calls to get that done. Then during my second visit the nurse stated that the bloodwork results weren’t sent over. I contacted VA and was advised that they were sent at the same time as the mri and they had a tracking for it. I will not go back. I will find another doctor.

I could not be any happier with my choice to travel two hours to see Dr Kanna The wait time was extremely long but oh gosh was it worth it. Believe me when I saw I have been seeing Neuro. Docs since I was 12 and this man is the best
