My family practioner is at Summit,my urologist is at Summit,saw urologist today,had to wait from 10am-to 11am,that is unexceptionable,he was in the room with me,maybe 10 minutes,evidently he started late.

I seen dr Leroy great doctor

love my primary care doctor and the nurses

Love the physicians & staff

Very clean , lab is right there, very nice employees, never much of a wait

Was going there an changed bad mistake on my part Dr.Hugley is a good Dr an knows his profession he's awesome please take me back

We recently moved back to TN from NC. My Mom and Dad go to the Newport office and she said Evan Hewgley was wonderful! So, I decided to give it a try. My initial appointment to establish myself as a patient was great! He knows his stuff and explains things well. He advised that I get a follow up appointment with the female PA-C for a female check-up. I scheduled the appointment for about 6 or 7 weeks later. A couple of weeks later I called to reschedule my appointment for a later time on the same day. That day comes, my Mom leaves work early to babysit my kids. I get there and the front receptionist says, 'Oh..your appointment was at 3 today and it is 4 now'. I told her that I had rescheduled it from 3 to 4 so I would have a babysitter. She tells me that it isn't my fault that the change wasn't reflected on the schedule but she did see where I had called to reschedule. She then says that the PA-C has 4 patients to see but she could see me after she got done with them (which would have been who knows how long) or I could just reschedule. So, I left because I could not wait around all day to see the Dr, especially when I had an appointment and it was not my fault they messed up. I believe they should have honored my appointment that I made weeks ago but, they did not. Fast forward another week and I call the nurse to ask about getting my allergy medicine changed because this one is doing nothing for me. I called, left a message and waited. (They also say specifically on their voice message to not leave multiple messages and that they will call you back) That was a couple weeks ago now and still have not heard anything at all. Overall, the Doctors seem to be great and knowledgeable but the other staff need to get it together. I will no longer be going there. I just do not have time to wait and reschedule and go back and forth. There is no sense in it.

Had sleep study done in March. Dr. Patton’s nurse forgot the test had to make special trip to Dandridge to get test then take back. Told I’d have results in a couple of weeks. That didn’t happen. I’ve called left messages with Dr. Patton’s nurse have not got any calls back. Talked to my PAC Evan H. He sent a internal text to them. I got a certified letter that was supposedly sent to me I’m April telling me I had apnea and contact them. I never got original letter. I’ve called left messages all week. It’s July 10, 2020. Never seen anything like this place in my life.

The referral team or nurse is incompetent. I was referred to a specialist and waited six weeks for the referral to be pushed through. I had to call and email there office weekly. The answer given was we are busy working on the referral. In the mean time they chose to cut me as their patient because I called them requesting the referral. There lack of patient care is abysmal. I waited six weeks to see if I needed surgery in pain. Do not go to the Jefferson city office.

Dr Ramsey is always great. My son had a well visit at the new building. it was very clean,all wearing masks,temps checked at the door. Very professional.
