Today I took my wife to urgent care. We satisfied our deductible in March of 2023 yet they showed that their system showed it was unmet. We showed them proof of the satisfied deductible and also had a representative from United Healthcare ready to speak with them. They refused to speak with the insurance company and said we needed to pay out of pocket to be seen. Horrible customer service! Across the street and the Vanderbilt clinic, they are much more friendly and helpful.
