We visited First Impressions for our daughter’s first dental appointment and to discuss her tongue and lip tie. The staff was great with our daughter and they gave us a lot of good information.

My son had his first dentist visit this morning and I was nervous. He doesn’t do well with new people and definitely does not enjoy doctors visits so I was expecting it to not go well. He was definitely upset at first but everyone was so patient and understanding and we ended up doing his cleaning in the play room that they have. Dr. Carol is AMAZING. She is so good at what she does and got down on his level and did whatever she could to make him feel comfortable. He warmed up to her pretty quick and ended up giving her a high five at the end. Overall I would highly recommend this practice for their compassion and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my son had a good experience and I am so thankful.

My daughter needed a tooth pulled that had been hurting her. I called that morning, and although they were booked, the receptionist asked the dentist and she was willing to fit us in. She was so kind, gentle, and patient and super sweet to my daughter. It was one of the most relaxing experiences and even for getting a tooth extraction. Her whole staff was equally as nice. She even went out of her way to follow up tonight to see how my daughter was doing and feeling. She has both traditional and holistic options as well, so that was a huge plus also. I definitely will be recommending this place to friends and family.

I was referred to First Impressions by a co-worker and they did not disappoint! This was my toddlers first trip to the dentist and Dr. Carol and her entire staff made the experience fun and seamless for my son. I live in a different city and will travel just for their services! That’s how great they are!
