excellent service and vey pleasant staff. Highly impressed and would recommend to any one needing an Audiologist
My new hearing aids were available for review of use. Explanations by the doctor was perfect and I’m very happy with results
I had been experiencing balance problems for quite a while; always feeling like I was going to fall when I made turns from walking straight. I was also experiencing some difficulty with hearing and fairly bad tinnitus. My ears felt clogged. I met with Dr. Jumper and she cleared my ears and tested my hearing. The ear cleaning corrected my balance problem and a hearing test revealed some hearing loss which will be corrected with hearing aids. I very happy with the results of my visit at the clinic and Dr. Jumper's professionalism. I highly recommend Hearing Tennessee and Dr. Jumper. ~ Lew Phillips
Great staff. Take plenty of time discussing treatment and explaining options.
Excellent experience!!
Had a great experience with Dr. Kacey Jumper. I highly recommend working with her.
Dr. Kacey is a great Audiologist! Highly recommend!
I purchased my aids from Dr. Holmes in 2012. With his unfortunate passing Hear TN took over his practice. Hear TN has honored my warranty and provided check-ups, adjustments and batteries as in my original agreement, even providing loaner aids when mine needed to be sent in for servicing. Drs Grey and Lyon have provided wonderful personal attention, testing my hearing annually, making necessary adjustments and helping me connect to my I-phonea real blessing. Their service and products are outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough. Bill Brininstool

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
