I recently moved to the nolensville area and found this dentist through my insurance portal. I keep up with appointments and never have issues. At my first visit here I was told I had gingivitis and needed a deep clean amounting to almost $1,000. I was told I was at risk of heart disease, dementia, etc. I asked to leave and was told I was at risk of periodontal disease and they recommend I stay and get the cleaning. I then went to a family dentist in Brentwood and they confirmed nolensville smiles dentistry was lying and trying to scam me. None of what they said was true. They even over billed my insurance even though I left before they actually did a cleaning. Beware of this office. They are definitely scammers.

Had a root canal and two crowns done just over 1 year ago. October of 2023 is when the work was done and it's now November of 2024. To start, the crowns were too high and after 3-4 return visits to have them shaved down, I gave up on having them perfect. They were still high. The tooth that had the root canal was still slightly sensitive...but after being poked and prodded for weeks and several return visits with them trying to get it right, I finally threw my hands up in the air. 13 months later one of my crowns has cracked and chipped off. About a third of it is gone. This office will not replace the chipped crown. Their recommendation was to do a root canal on the crack crown tooth or remove it all together. Costs of which are high, even with my insurance, which admittedly isn't great. When asked if they'd just fi/replace the cracked crown they said "we cannot due to liability reasons". Isn't it a liability that I have a 13 month old crown that has failed?!?! So done with this dental office/company!

I had a wonderful first appointment! The office is clean, modern, high tech with all the new equipment. Cassie, the office manager is pleasant and very professional! All the back office did a great job and my hygienist, Loren, was fantastic. It had been awhile since my last cleaning so a deep cleaning was necessary to get me healthy again! Dr. Joel Coeler was awesome and really knows his stuff!! Gentle, professional care (just like his Mom). We are so happy to go to Nolensville Smiles Dentistry!! Very impressed!!

I’m not sure what has happened in the last 6 months with this practice, but we will not be returning. Our routine cleanings took an hour and a half and mostly because we were taken to a chair and left waiting for the first 45 minutes. It seems like they are a very young practice that desperately needs to hire more hygienists. The one they have is great, but it’s possible they only have one???

It was my first visit to this dental office, and I felt very comfortable with the care I received, starting from the reception, then with the assistant, and finally with the dentist. The equipment they have is extraordinary, and you can sense the harmonious teamwork among the staff. It truly is a very professional team focused on service quality and attentive to each patient’s needs.

The team of Dr. Coeler, Brandon, Morgan, Haven and others could not have been more welcoming! I ended up there quite by accident with a dental emergency and they fit me right in without hesitation. The procedure I had was delivered with care and competency. My husband and I moved to TN recently from CO and I can say that the “Find a Dentist”is now checked off our list!
