Dr. Shrewsberry did my vasectomy. I am recommending him to all of my friends. He explained the procedure really well and made a nerve racking experience something that was smooth and comfortable. I know he is really really busy, but he made me feel like I was his only patient that day. Five stars!
We simply love Dr. Shrewsberry. He is caring and compassionate and simply the best. We had seen other doctors in the practice before Dr. Shrewsberry, and to put it simply, none of them were even close to him. Dr. Shrewsberry has treated me and 6 of my family members and we couldnt be happier. Thanks for everything doc!
Dr. Shrewsberry took care of my husband. We are both very pleased with the care he received and the outcome. When my husband heard he had prostate cancer, our world changed. Dr. Shrewsberry was there for us every step of the way. In the end, we chose surgery and trusted Dr. Shrewsberry to do this for us. He was amazing! He explained everything in detail and was patient with us as we went through the process. I would give him and his team 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Dr. Shrewsberry!!!
Dr. Shrewsberry and his team are some of the most professional and caring individuals I have had the chance to encounter. His waiting room was packed with standing room only, but my appointment was on time and the visit was remarkably informative and efficient. Then he did surgery on me to open up my prostate and I can finally pee again!! Its amazing. If I could love another man, Id love him.
Loved our doctor here but in all the states we have lived in and all the medical experiences we have had this is hands down the worst experience I or my husband has ever had. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get insurance and billing issues fixed with little to no follow through. Has been months of an absolute nightmare!
Don’t waste your time with this facility. Read the reviews but came anyway due to them being able to schedule my appointment weeks earlier than other facilities. Appointment at 2:30 (was told to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork) sat for 1.5 hours in the lobby and another 45 min in the waiting room for the doctor. They close at 5pm and actually wanted me to reschedule for tomorrow. I’ll sum it up really quick.....I’m out... $150, missed day of work, wasted entire day and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED! I would not recommend this place! STAY FAR AWAY!
Seriously worse experience I have ever had. Dr came in and stated telling me what I needed to have done, left the room, came back in and said he had me confused with another patient! REALLY? I can assure you I will not be seeing him again!
Have had positive experiences with Dr. Pearson and Ms. Varner here. Treated well, in a timely and respectful fashion.
The staff was nice and easy to work with on the other hand Dr. Chasen was the most unprofessional Dr, my husband has ever seen.He was rude and arrogant. He didn't do anything for him! We had to leave and go see another doctor the same day ,over his prostate problem but not before we were charged for the office visit. Do not go to this Doctor!!! I have never left a bad review but I think people need to be warned, don't waste your time!
Once of the worst medical experience ever. I had a minor surgery performed by Dr. Bowles in December. I was supposed to be back to normal after 2 weeks. After 6 months in incredible pain, the situation is clear: no one at Tennessee Urology cares. You are in pain and try to see the doctor, the best availability is in two months. You see the doctor and explain you are in pain, just wait another 2 months and we will see if it improves. And this is without counting my paperwork being lost when I show up for the surgery and rude staff. Deplorable experience!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
