Dr. Carter has been my doctor for many years since I returned from teaching out of the country. She's seen me through thick and thin, wellness, Parkinson's, a stroke, Seisures, diabetes, high blood pressure, Parkinsonism, and assisted living.. She's been there through it all and still is. I'm 77 now and in assisted living but I rely on her because she knows I'm "complicated" . That's what she calls me, and I guarantee she's upfront in telling me that. What I love so much about being her patient is her loyalty to my well-being and she doesn't forget the nuances about my treatment and it's complexity. She's attended special conferences to hear international experts on diseases. I want to stay close by her and no one else till I see the Pearly Gates!

Dr. Carter has been my doctor for 26 years and shes number 1. My husband and son both switched to her. And now our daughter-in-law too. Dr. Carter educates us on our health issues as she treats. Like others say, she is not just in and out of the room, she really takes her time to analyze your health problems, and listens to you. Thanks Doc, you're the Best. .......... Rose Marie Ledford

A very good Dr and a wonderful person. She's my mother's Dr & was my Grandmother's Dr for years. She is the most thorough Dr I have ever seen. She does more than just walk in and look at your chart and walk out like most doctors do.

Dr Carter has the patient in mind first. She does not "treat-n-street" her patients. I was very lucky to find her. A doctor to trust!! I moved from the area, but still make the 100 mile drive to see her.
