I have been trying get a resolution regarding a problem with my prescription for a week. I have stopped taking it bc it is making me VERY DIZZY. No one has called me back with a resolution! So, do I have to take this med or not!? VERY POOR SERVICE!

I had a scheduled telehealth call scheduled for 04/04 2022 and I was suppose to receive call in a,m, to set it up and dr would call at 4 PM Never received either call, Very dissatisfied !!!!!!!!

Dr Singh is very polite and willing to answer questions my only fault with his office the nurse could be more polite instead of making you feel like it's a huge bother for her to deal with you

Absolutely would not recommend. Level of care is marginal at best. Doesn't communicate or follow up with his own staff for simple things like scheduling tests, retrieving results, etc. Took over 1 month to get a biopsy scheduled! Changed practices and night and day difference.

Dr. Singh is fantastic! I'm not thrilled that I have to have a nephrologist, but I am thrilled that he is the one I got. He has always been personable and positive. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field and does a great job explaining what is happening and what treatment options are.

Good Dr. Can be made to feel alittle rushed. Speaks quickly, but the nurse inform you before hand about It. Have to be willing to speak up If you don't understand something.
