Dr. Luttrell was the first ever Eye Specialist I had ever seen, when I was 10 years old. I've refused to see another eye specialist since, with the exception of a local eye doctor, but I run any and everything major eye related across him before any decision. I respect and value him as a person and as my trusted doctor. He's always been up front and honest with me about my current eye condition, and he has always been up front and honest with concerning the severity of my condition. I have and always will highly recommend Dr.Luttrell to anyone I come across seeking a all around wonderful eye doctor.

ALL OF MY FAMILY IS VERY PLEASED TO HAVE DR. LUTTRELL AS DADS DOCTOR. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH HIS WORK THAT NOW MY MOTHER IS ALSO HIS PATIENT.I DONT TAKE MY PARENTS HEALTH CARE LIGHTLY AND I TOTALLY TRUST DR. LUTTRELL WITH MY PARENTS CARE.HE AND ALL OF THE STAFF TAKE THE TIME TO TALK WITH US AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.

Dr. Luttrell is one of the most caring, knowledgable physicians I have ever seen. He provides the highest level of patient care. The Eye Center staff continues to take care of their patients and always accomodates my every need. I highly recommend Dr. Luttrell and the Eye Center of Oak Ridge.
