She was very efficient and informed at the 1st office visit. Medication was prescribed to clear symptoms & try to recover hearing loss. Follow-up was scheduled to do further testing & check is symptoms improved. She was very informative as we discussed further recommendations. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism that was displayed with all staff members.

In my opinion, and it should say very much concerning the quality of medical care that Dr. Miley gives her patients. I have had the unfortunate necessity to receive care from various Otolaryngologist since 1976. Dr. is awesome! I experienced an eardrum issue that was extremely rare. My symptoms were constant fullness of my ear and an amplified off balance feeling. I was quite miserable. Dr. Miley quickly identified my rare issue and corrected it in an in office procedure. I have been a patient of Dr. Miley for several years now. She is extremely knowledgeable and amoung the best in her profession medical field.

I saw Dr. Miley for an issue with my throat. She explained the procedures step by step in a way that I could understand everything! She is very caring, and she really made sure I understood what was happening. She made me feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommended her to anyone!
