Everyone was so polite and quick but I didn’t feel rushed! I wish I remembered everyone’s name but Christi, Megan, crystal, and another lady I can’t remember was so sweet at the front desk and made me feel so welcome! Madison, another X-ray tech, and Chelsea were all friendly and sweet while preparing to see Dr Benson and also getting me out of the office.I was worried about bringing my 6 month old daughter with me that day but everyone was so sweet and helpful with her! Dr Benson wasn’t even phased by her squealing and Madison didnt even think twice of helping out and holding her while I had X-rays and injection!It was very much appreciated feeling so welcome somewhere that I hadn’t ever been before.. such a great crew there!

I really liked that I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Made me feel like that my time was just as important as the staff. Also, my condition was explained in detail.

I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to be seen which is awesome that they Value the patients time. This was my first serious injury I’m 36 years old so I had a lot of questions been Dr. Benson he answered all of them and took the time to talk to me they didn’t make me feel likeI was asking stupid questions even though I probably was

Dr. Benson and his boss Chelsea are very confident and wonderful at what they do they make you feel like family they make you feel like they have concern for you and your health issues and you walk away and you actually feel better than you did when you walked in there you understand the issues that you're dealing with lots and lots of information is shared they are willing to listen to your questions and they give you very sensible understandable answers the rest of the staff is also quite awesome
