Check in receptionist nice, intake to 1st room nurse didn't seem happy or friendly, audiologist very nice, Dr. Brushed me off like a crumb from his shirt. I think Dr.s forget that we as patients are their employers not the other way around. If you've been in practice as long as he has you would think he would have some tact and know that a patient knows how they are feeling and is not making it up. 10 minutes of not hearing what I said and then out of the room of he goes. Did not check my nose or throat. You would think that would be the protocal for an ENT. No thank you, nice meeting you is there anything else you feel Im missing etc. ?Check out rude and I didn't appreciate being treated like I didn't matter. No thank you, take care or we'll be in touch. I was referred to this Dr by my GP in good faith. I went after struggling for months and my GP insisting I go. Waste of my time off work, money out of my pocket as well as my husband's.

Dr. Sewall is a very caring doctor who corrected my throat problems through an outpatient procedure. His assisting staff were helpful explaining all questions. It’s been over 2 1/2 years and the issues were fixed. Highly recommend him. Friendly staff and the outpatient surgical center as well.

I wasted my time and money. He spent less than one minute with me. My copay was $45. Prescribed Aleve for me.

My son has been a patient of Dr.Sewall”s for almost 19 years. He began treating him as an infant. Without his expertise and care I am convinced my son would have lost his hearing! He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered!

He was a great doctor, he performed my modified radical mastoidectomy when I was 12 in 2018, I had little to no complications and actually had a great experience that set my own dreams to becoming a surgeon

I think he is judgemental and did not try very hard to help me.

I have see Dr Sewall for years. He has done surgery on my broken nose. No problems. He is caring and explains everything and why he is doing it

My son had surgery to remove tonsils DR Sewall was on call the night my sons throat started bleeding. I called the emergency after hours number where the operator tried to contact him. He does not answer so she leaves a message with my name and number and tells me to call her back if I don’t hear from him in 15 minutes all the while my sons throat is bleeding. No call back, so I call her back, she proceeds to try him again after a few minutes he finally answered and says who is this so I tell him this is concerning one of his patients and he rudely answers after blowing in the phone. “What do you want.” I tell him my son is bleeding and his response after blowing again well how bad is it. At this point he has totally made me angry with the way he is responding to this call so I tell him never mind i am so sorry that I have inconvenienced him with my sons situation. I know these people have lives beyond their practice but give me a break. The man never even attempted to call me back to apologize or check on my son. Thanks for nothing. Don’t waste your time or money with these people they are very unprofessional.
