Our daughters cat nailed my middle finger tendon when we visited her in Oklahoma. Went to an urgent care because it became infected within 2 hours. Visited my family doctor (Malagon) when we got home. His referral office tried to get me in to see Branham, ended up seeing a PA at Parkwest, who set me up an appointment with Branham. Went to my 8:10 appointment with Branham; at 8:30ish I hear him say “cat scratch” outside the door, then some guy comes in, who I don’t remember ever seeing before. He was nice enough, but not Dr Branham, who has treated me before. When he was done, he said I was more than welcome to see Branham, that he “wouldn’t be offended.” I told him it was obvious Branham passed me off, thanks, but no thanks. So, from my initial injury 10/03 to finally not getting to see Branham, on 10/28. It’s been a messy process, not one I’d like to replete.

I was expecting Branham, NOT his PA! I had seen 2 PAs prior to this appointment, and was expecting to see the Doctor this time. To hear Branham hand me over to his PA without seeing me was an insult!

Very professional great attituds I feel like I got the best possible care for my surgery they made it easy to understand what was going on and what was going to happen to fix it. I feel a Lot better since the surgery an I want to thank everyone who helped me .
