List of David Ricche's Reviews
Dr. Ricche is a very good doctor that really listens to how your feeling and takes the necessary steps to help make you feel better. I would give 10 stars for Dr. Ricche.
Dr Ricche is a great doctor. I haven't been with him very long, but he has a wonderful way of actually listening to you that seems to be lacking at other offices I have been to. The previous review is accurate about the telephone calls. I received a call back for some lab work and they didn't leave a voicemail with the information. I have called back for two days in a row and still unable to find out anything. They stated well they called you back at such and such time, I said yes ma'am I was in bed asleep I am sick you know that's what I was doing there to begin with. Like you get one callback sorry you missed it. I was charged $200 for office visit and lab work think they wouldn't begrudge you a phone call. I see this in my line of work all the time. No Drs office wants to make a phone call to anyone but they want to charge you a fortune. Time will tell whether I stay with this office but they only have themselves to blame for their bad attitudes at the front desk where it is most important. If you can't cultivate a good patient relationship there your patients will leave. Update : I will be leaving the practice. After taking my FMLA paperwork by to return to work they refused to fill out a one page document unless I paid them $20 fee. Are you kidding me.
I can not get Dr Ricche to order my lab work forThyroid medicine . The office insists I make an office visit first but I am well, a senior citizen and the less time I need to be around sick people, the better for me . Besides ordering my lab work, what can the Dr. do for me in an office visit? I just need lab results so he can reorder my meds or change them due to lab results. I am now out of medicine because I can not get to talk with Dr. Ricche, he does not return my calls. So very frustrating.
The front office forgets to schedule appointments after telling you they will, doesn't call to let you know there is a problem getting the Dr. to call in an RX even though you have requested a call if it can't be called in, leaving me to discover this at the pharmacy. The lobby wait is always long. The Dr. is good but the front staff is terrible.
Doesnt listen . Fills prescriptions wrong. Very little medical knowledge/assistance.
Worst Doctor I have ever seen. He does not care about giving quality medical care at all. I would have died if I had continued to see him. My new Doctor could not believe all of the things Dr Ricche missed when seeing me.
I have been a patient of Dr. David Ricche for 18 years. He has an excellent bedside manner, listens to my health issues and takes appropriate action. He is a very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and caring physician. I feel that he provides excellent health care and does care about my well-being.
I've gone to Dr. Ricche for about 20 years. He has always treated me with kindness and proper care.
Very professional. Takes time to listen and responds appropriately.
I have seen him since he started practice in Oak Ridge and he never know what my chronic problems are, and each visit is like starting from scratch.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
