Sometimes Dr. G spends time and is very attentive, other times she seems rushed and really doesn't take the time to do a proper job. Where it all goes horribly wrong: The office staff are horrible. They are not friendly or professional in any respect, and the faces will change with every visit. They rush you in then rush you out. If you need something, don't expect anyone to answer the phone, or return messages even when important issues are at stake. I've found this not to be unique to just this practice, but epidemic across all of Covenant Health facilities.

I was referred by my pcp to this neurology group. The doctor we saw was very professional and helpful however I can’t say the same about the staff. Never get return calls on any issues I have had. Not very helpful or friendly when in the office. Would not recommend this group due to lack of professionalism and organizational skills!

Told her what medication worked for me and she insisted that Clonazapam was for seizures. She was rude and insulting.She said if I wanted to continue taking this medicine I would have to see a pyschitrist. That was insulting to me and anyone who has Epilepsy

I've been a patient of Dr. G's for over a year and so far she's treated my condition very well and she's just a wonderful person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good neurologist.
