My legs ached much from varicose veins. She had a 5-star rating, which impressed me, so I went to her. She did a great job on my legs! She is very knowledgeable, and good at her job, and explains what she is going to do! She listened to my questions and gave me informative answers. She is also very personable and has a great staff working for her!

I had to have seven vein procedures done on my legs over the course of five months. Dr. Cross and her entire team of women were nothing short of excellent. They were attentive to any questions or concerns I may have had and always made sure I was doing well. I never felt like my best interest wasn’t the number one priority. She is incredibly talented at what she does, makes sure you feel at ease during the procedures and is always reachable should an emergency or concern arise.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Cross for over 20 years for any general surgery needs that have come up. She’s smart and has wonderful bedside manner. Crystal at the front desk is always very nice and helpful as well. Always an excellent experience when we need to go there.

I was experiencing fatigue in both of my legs which had large varicose veins. Dr. Cross listened to my concerns . She evaluated my legs and made her recommendations for improvement of my condition. With a combination of sclerotherapy and actual vein removals, my legs strengthened. I was better able to walk. Dr. Cross and her staff are very professional. I was allowed time to ask questions and discuss concerns. I give all the credit to Dr. Cross for helping me improve my leg health. I highly recommend her as she is a very experienced vascular physician and surgeon. I will be forever grateful for her.

Doctor Frances Cross is an excellent doctor located in Oak Ridge, TN. She explains everything and there are no surprises. In my case, she was instrumental in not just doing my veins on my legs but also encouraging me to obtain a panniculectomy. Due to weight loss and exercising , walking and weights, I had what layman refers to is a severe hanging stomach. I thought I would have to just live with it. It causes infections, pulls on your back and makes general bathroom habits very difficult. . I also have incontinence which I believe will improve with this gone. I will always be indebted to her for her concern about my general well being. My legs feel great and the constant pain I had going up my left side is now gone. I no longer have to lay on ice every day. I wish we could clone her. There are very few if any others like her around. highly recommend her. She is one of a kind!!!

Dr. Cross saved my life. In 2007 i had an aortic anneurism which broke when i went into the OR. I am so grateful for Dr. Cross!

Dr Cross removed a mole from my shoulder, I wanted removed because it would catch and bleed. It turned out to be melanoma. she did a wonderful job of removing all of it and the scar is smooth and small.
