Overbooks appointments with no respect for your time. Left waiting for a scan then left waiting in the waiting room and then shuttled from room to room waiting to see Dr Bunge for over an hour. Before the appointment they showed no importance to the patient and wouldn't return phone calls or answer patient questions on their portal from my 1st visit where I never got an answer about a prescription. Left without seeing the doctor and never going back to a doctor who doesn't care about his patients. Would post no stars if it was possible

Dr. Bungee is a very good doctor/surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone needing services that he provides. I drove over an hour each way just to become his patient and have him do my surgery.

Dr. Bunge is great! I had severe sleep apnea and he performed the Air Lift procedure and it is wonderful. I no longer have sleep apnea. He is very caring and concerned with my health. He did a thorough exam and explained everything before the surgery. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bunge is a good doctor. However, you are required to fill out pages of information (new or it's been a while) which apparently is not read at the time of the visit. He also is quick, so if you are slower, he will be gone before you ask a question.

Dr Bunge was extremely rude and demeaning. I would NEVER recommend him to any person that I care about, nor a dog. I would travel across the country to another provider rather than see him again.

If you’ve been looking for an ENT specialist who will treat you as if you are a part of their family, and not just as another number, Dr Bunge is the doctor to go to. After several visits with other specialists who were FAR from competent, Dr Bunge helped me breathe again and changed my life in the process. His passion and care for his patients is like none other and your health and well-being is his #1 priority. The staff at the Oakridge office and the nurses that took care of me pre, during, and post surgery at the Corbin Outpatient clinic were so caring and helpful. Thank you so much, Dr Bunge. If I could give you a thousand stars, I would.

My review isn't one that just reflects what I think of Dr. Bunge, but also the entire office at East TN Ear, Nose and Throat of Oak Ridge, TN. I do not consider Dr. Bunge my doctor, he is my friend, and someone I have the highest respect for. Not only is he caring about my needs he is someone I know would do all he could to help me whatever need I was needing at the time. He is someone who lives his life by compassion and giving attitude, and I was never seeing anyone else but him for my ENT needs. I fear the day he retires, but then I will just need to find where he lives and go there. :) Also, the office staff are ones that I enjoy seeing each time I go to the Oak Ridge office. I consider them friends and I love taking them a box of donuts to brighten their day. I've not had any interactions with the other physicians in the office, but if they carry themselves to the same level of care and compassion that Dr. Bunge has then patients will be very lucky having them for a physician
