I personally only have good things to say about this location. One of my children sees Hannah and she has been nothing but pleasant. I have never experienced a scheduling conflict or felt unheard. I felt I had to write a review because my experiences do not align with the low Google rating I found.

If youre going here for any type of medication good luck. Hannah Hutchins the nurse practitioner who does the meds doesnt listen and already has in her mind what she is going to prescribe next without even talking to you. She doesnt care if its not working or if its making you feel sick or anything she DOESNT LISTEN OR CARE AT ALL DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE If youre going for counseling the counselors are very kind and do listen but they dont communicate with the med prescribing lady at all. If they do she again doesnt listen or care.

Scheduling is garbage. They give you an appointment and you arrive only to not be on their schedule. Good luck getting the services you need. They have very few. They dont listen when you want to change meds they have their favorites that they prescribe whether its helps you or not. They are messing with the mental health community instead of helping.

This place is a complete joke and a waste of time. The nurse practitioner isnt in the office most days and they have no one to cover for her. I think its just the Oak Ridge location because they are amazing at the offices in Knoxville.

The amount of disrespect you get from Helen Ross McNabb and the one in Oak Ridge is atrocious.They expect you to know everything and god forbid if you ask for help on medication or need to reschedule an appointment or whatever it might be you will get an attitude.They are not understanding and if its something they messed up and they do mess up alot here you will not get an apology or anything they WILL BLAME IT ON YOU Its sickening how they treat you especially from a place who claims they are here to help you

Well I have been going here the Oak ridge office for years now for my mental health problems. Ive been on alot of different medicine an its still challenging day by day to even get out of bed. Sometimes it feels like it helps then most of the other time it feels like fake placebo pills.

They dont answer the phone and dont call back. They cant be bothered to spend more than about 30 seconds with each patient and its a different practitioner almost every time they cant keep people as if they listen to or even care about you anyway.God forbid they send you the links for your video appointments. There have been a few times Ive shown up for inperson appointments only to be told they were cancelled because they couldnt be bothered to call in both cases because the practitioner left the practice which of course nobody told me.Also seems that they hire the rudest front desk assistants they can find only a couple have been really good one of which even implied that I just stop taking my meds when I told her I was out of my medication and couldnt reschedule my appointment I was about 15 minutes late to this appointment due to a wreck on the interstate for later that week.This isnt exclusive to the Anderson office either the entire practice is garbage.

Their Oak Ridge number is very similar to mine and I get many calls for them on my phone which I don’t answer. Be sure to use their correct number 4837743 and maybe they will be better about answering.

Dont answer phone or bother with call backs. During Covad the refused to acknowledge they didnt call despite me sitting by my phone for 1 hour. Sad state of affairs that these is one of any or few mental health resources. Id love to file a grievance but they dont even take feedback.
