Dr. Grabenstein thinks outside the box, and often comes up with unexpected approaches to chronic problems; however, sometimes he tends to hear what he is looking for, rather than what the patient is try to express. Maybe it's an age thing on my part, but I wish he would just LISTEN. All this aside, he is a knowledgeable and caring physician, and I'm glad to have him on my side.

This was the visit where Dr Grabenstein reviewed my lab work and discussed any issues. He is always up to date with the current status of healthcare. He has kept me healthy. I have been going to him for over 20 years and he has always treated me well. Several years ago my wife had an accident and I was able to reach him even though he was on vacation out west.

It's all in the details! Dr. Grabenstein provided a plethora of details as he performed a deep dive into the the results of my physical/blood analysis. His explanations provided positive and gently identified areas of concern with a proposed corrective action. This was my third visit with Dr. Grabenstein and have been extremely pleased with each interaction.

An excellent physician, who specialized in helping live a healthy life via in-depth testing beyond what I've experienced at NASA, ORNL or other local physicians. He focuses on preventative medicine to promotes a healthy lifestyle for the future: fitness, diet, vitamins, mental activity, relationships, ... The local practice is an excellent combination with regular visits to the Mayo Clinic MN for more detailed procedures: colonoscopies,... His recommendation to take his recommended dosage of Vitamin D has resulted in no polyps during my recent colonoscopy at Mayo. His recommendation of other supplements appears to promote a healthy heart. mind and body. The Seminars offered by MDVIP we've attended were extremely helpful in charting a healthy lifestyle for the future. I'm extremely happy to have Jeff as my Physician. PS. Jeff has a clever sense of humor - I may miss his intended joke the first time but eventually catch on.

Dr. Jeff Grabenstein is thorough, thoughtful, caring and up to date on best practices for dealing with both my illnesses and preventive care. He is the best, and gave me my life back after diagnosing me with Lyme Disease and some other chronic illnesses. I also love Dr. Fabricius. I appreciate how both these physicians attend to my health from a holistic perspective.
