Worse physician I have ever been too. Said everything looks normal in less than 2 min. This is do to not needing surgery.

Dr. Hafner treated me for sudden hearing loss, of which I had very little knowledge. He thoroughly answered all of my questions on each visit; and gave excellent treatment and advice. We are blessed to have Dr. Hafner in our community.

I went to visit Dr. Hefner for a routine ear cleaning. The procedure caused so much pain and as a result of this “routine ear cleaning”, I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. The ER physician stated that he had never seen such damage to an ear drum.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience…He is not empathetic at all and if you don’t have a major issue, it’s not his problem…. I was crying because I was upset by the answers he gave me and he demanded to know “what questions do you have?!” and basically shewed me away. I would give 0 starts if I could.

He wouldn’t even let me tell him why I was being seen and kept interrupting me. I waited three hours for him to brush me off and send me on my way. He said my problem was from wearing mask at work even though I told him it had been going on since before the mask and getting worse. He’s only there for a pay check. Wish I could give zero stars.

Do not even waste your time. He was rude and swift to get out of there when he determined I had TMJ. he didn’t even try to figure out what was the culprit of it. He smarted me off because I got frustrated talking about this diagnosis that he gave. I waited 2 1/2 months to get in to see Dr. Bungee and they had Dr. Hafner as the Dr. that I was seeing. He even told me, “At least you do t have a tumor!’” ...

Told me my sudden taste and smell issues were because I'm just getting old. Does the same routine every time I see him...scopes me, and tells me I'm fine. Had to plead for a CT test. Gave him lots of history on my sinuses to help him, which he used against me to say it was the reason for my problems. He told me I just was not listening to him, when in fact he was not listening to me. I see him with the same experience each time....wash, rinse, repeat. He simply does not want to go the extra mile to determine what is actually wrong with me. I will ultimately seek help from the doctors at Vanderbilt, like years ago when they took one look at me and fixed me up.
