I am Rhonda Christian, been going to Dr. Ganta for about 3 years. I think he is an Awesome Doctor. I have a lot of issuses. He does everything possible to help me. I trust him. Wouldnt wanna go to anyone else.

He takes time to get accustomed to and sometimes the schedule or insurance coverage gets messed up. They seem to need at least one more neurologist if not two to handle the number of patients.

I had a new patient appt on 9/7/2021. He told me if I haven’t heard from his office in two weeks to call them. The Botox was ordered by Accredo. I tried several times calling the office and got no one. Today, 2/9/2022 I finally was able to talk to someone. Brittany handles Botox at Dr. Ganta’s office and today was the first day we spoke. I’m not were I can wait for treatment. So I no longer use him. I’m sure other people like him and his staff but it just wasn’t for me.

I was really nervous about having to switch neurologists after my previous one just retired, but I couldn’t be more pleased that I was referred to Dr. Ganta. He takes the time to really listen to your issues, and genuinely cares about helping you get better. I already feel well on the way to recovery, and managing my neurological issues properly, after becoming a patient of his. An extended thank you to the front office staff, as well. They were very understanding when I was late to my appointment, due to horrible weather (driving) conditions.

When I went to see Dr. Ganta Kartheek he treated me with respect and kindness, he treated me like he had known me for a long time. His staff is kind and generous also.

Cancelled on me without telling me, claimed it was because they didn’t have my contact info right, even though they had contacted me previously. Poor organization and poor communication with patients. Makes you wonder about the quality of care. I wouldn’t know about that because they couldn’t seem to keep their appointment with me.

This Dr as well as his nurse are inept and caused more harm to me physically as well as wouldn't complete my LOA papers correctly to the point I lost getting paid for 5 weeks of pay because of them. I do not recommend.

Dr. Ganta, Is a great Neurologist. He is takes his time, answers questions and overall seem to generally care about his patients.
