Dr. Baker gets 5 stars! Taking care of numerous eye issues for my family over the past 5 years including cataracts, urgent and routine care, we have found Dr. Baker to be consistently on point and highly competent.

This is an excellent facility with the best doctors. Further the eye glasses sold there are top quality. The insurances are well accepted and there is minimum cost if insured. I felt like I got the best eye exam possible. If something major is wrong, I feel like this group of doctors are very capable of treating the condition. I highly recommend "The Eye Center" of Oak Ridge, TN

This appointment was set up for me by another physician , I probably would not have chosen this place myself anyway. Had to wait over an hour for an eye problem I was very worried about. The women in the back were very unfriendly and rude. The doctor was just ok. She came in and did a quick exam and sent me on my way without really explaining too much to me.

Dr. Baker listened to my symptoms, examined my eyes and identified my problem. She proposed a solution that has worked for well for years.

Dr. Baker is an extremely competent, knowledgeable and has excellent rapport and much much more. I'm a 50+!year old man and she's the first of so many who made me comfortable. Within days after the surgery I my eyes were 16 again. I owe Doctor Baker dept of gratitude.????

Dr. Baker provided samples to me during my visit a few weeks ago & then refused to authorize the eye drops to my insurance. I came in to your office a week ago and spoke with a lady there and told her that I needed them to authorize the drop. She said she would look into it and I should hear back. Never heard back . This office is negligent. Dr Baker can find another patient.

I arrived at 1:25 for my 1:30 appt. I sat for nearly three hours and when I finally did see Dr. Baker I told her that I was aggravated waiting so long. (4:15) when I finally got to see her. She apologized and said that it had been an extremely hectic day. I will look for another doctor.
