My husband has many skin issues and needs to see a dermatologist regularly. Many friends recommended Dr. Smith so at the end of December I called to get him an appointment. The first available was the beginning of April, the last appointment of the day. After waiting for 3 months to be seen and being hopeful it was a letdown. He rushed through the appointment, did not do a full exam (which is initially why the appointment was made, to look for suspicious freckles/moles), he even made a comment about him being the last one of the day before a holiday weekend. I mean I get it, I like to cut out of work asap whenever possible too but this was very disappointing. My husband lost 3 1/2 hours of work, a 35 minute drive, and waited 3 months for this appointment just to be seen for not even 15 minutes and get nothing resolved or even on the track of getting his skin issues under control. As a first time patient this was not a very good experience.

This was my first time to ever visit this office and a dermatologist. I got an appointment very quickly. They were very busy but the wait time was minimum. Dr. Smith was very friendly, answered all my questions and had a very good bedside manner. I would highly recommend him. My husband needs to see a dermatologist and you can be sure he will be seeing Dr. Smith. He is A+++ in my opinion.

i have fought a rash for 16 years with many visits to several derm. no one has ever been able to cure it or to even do any thing for it. i got a new primary phy. she recommend dr. smith. one visit and he did more for me than all others put together. second visit and this rash is 80% gone. thank you so much dr. smith. dorothy pearson,crossville tn.

Dr smith was awesome with my daughter. We have been to two other dermatologists in Knoxville and wasn't happy. Which I'm thankful because that led us to Dr. Smith and to be honest I won't take her to anyone else but him..
