Dr. Bridgeman is my most favorite physician. I have been her patient for 20+ years and I've found her to be very professional as well as family friendly. She does not hesitate to send me to a specialist when she thinks my case needs further evaluation. I trust her and her staff to give me excellent coverage. She is excellent in following up with me when needed. She is a 5+ in my opinion.

She listens, she answers questions, she explains medical issues well. She makes her opinion of best health care clear but will discuss other options. She worked with me to develop a health plan. Her recommended providers for other needs - surgery and rehab - are exceptional.

I love Dr. Bridgeman. She's very nice, takes time to listen and is overall wonderful. I only wish the wait time wasn't so bad and that the staff was more responsive. So far, I've showed up on time for all of my appointments, but haven't been seen until over an hour after the appointment. Also, when I thought I was having an allergic reaction to some medication, I called the nurse and had to leave a message. I didn't get a callback, so called again the next day. I had to leave another message. I saw them last week and was supposed to get a referral to a specialist. It's been a week and still no callback. I'm torn right now because I love the Dr., but everything else has been a hassle.
