Horribly rude staff. We were going to switch to Oak Ridge Pediatrics from our daughter's previous pediatrician in Knoxville. We contacted them to find out what we needed to do to get an appointment. We switched our insurance and were having her records forwarded over. The staff at oak ridge pediatrics said we had to come in and fill out a form in person for the records to be accepted. 2 hours later we showed up and they said "we are no longer accepting new patients." When we explained that we just spoke to them 2 hours ago and that we had been conversing with them for a week about this, she said "sorry" and closed the reception window in our faces. Now our insurance is already switched to a place we can't go and our old pediatrician has dropped us and won't accept us back since they aren't accepting anymore patients either. Oak Ridge Pediatrics completely screwed us over, and more importantly, our 16 month old daughter with a heart defect. Terrible people.
