I was trying to drop off a urine sample for my mother who is disabled. I had to leave her alone so I could drop it off. Instead of them taking the sample, I had to sign in and wait to give it to someone. I’ve been here for 39 min and still waiting. This is a waste of time for patients and their caregivers.
This place is ridiculous. The nurses don't do their jobs like they should. I have been waiting on someone to rewrite a prescription that i get every month for almost a week now and this isn't the 1st time that this has happened. I will be looking for a different dr to see from now on. Oh yeah, i still don't have my script and its friday after 5 so now i have to wait until Monday!
This group is AMAZING. Sadly I moved back to Fort Myers and they cannot treat me because of some Medicare rules, but I would give anything for them to look at my ear when I am in Tennessee. They are the ONLY ones who have ever taken care of my problem with ease.
Dr. Hayes has been my doctor for a lot of years. I moved away for a couple of years and he let me be his patient again when I came back in 2014. Yesterday i needed to see a doctor real bad and even though i didn't get to see him i did get to see Clarissa Mccullar. She was really great and caring. Summit Medical is the only place i have gotten great care. Front desk is awesome also they work hard to get you in as soon as possible. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Best medical office around. Thank you Summit Medical.
Unfortunately, we are two disabled seniors who only have Medicare, which cost us $134 a month each and we are LOW income. Our first visit was separate, because one of us has to stay with our paralyzed dog, and my husband has a hard time going by himself, since he is partially paralyzed and brain damaged and does not drive. I needed that be seen due to chronic migraines and needing back surgery. The Doctor only seem to be concerned with not prescribing a Opiates. I do not take Opiates nor did I want any. I needed something to hold me over till I saw a Neurologist for Surgery. They even first called in a wrong Migraine medication, that is not covered for me. My husband went to his second appointment, because they called in a antidepressant, which causes seizures and wanted to discuss it with him further. Yes, all the antidepressants cause seizures and my husband gets them, so you think the Doctor would have known that already. His Neurosurgeon was the one to prescribe it to begin with. They did nothing for him, no test etc. My husband went to his next appointment to discuss his medication and get a Flu shot, they forgot to give him the first appointment. It was so hot in there, people were coughing and they asked for his Medicare card again. They had already made a copy before. Due to my husband's depression and brain damage, he sometimes gets very angry when he gets frustrated, so he left after they asked for his proof of insurance. No one even cared or called to see where he went. I left the parking lot where I was waiting to get my paralyzed dog water who was with me. My husband was wandering the parking lot after I left for 5 minutes. Then they send me a recorded survey and I said we were not happy and Claudette Monday calls me back and is only worried about sending me a letter releasing us from their services! I am sure the good reviews are by people who have good insurance and not straight Medicare, which is all we can barely afford after working our whole life.
The doctor and nurses are wonderful here, but am sorely disappointed in the management of this office. What an awful reflection on good medical professionals to have their names 'stamped' on 'ugly' management letters. This is not the medical profession which I used to be so very proud and respectful of. When 'business' takes over and managers cannot take the critique of their job when they make a mistake ..... sad news. They need much prayer in this office.
I moved back to Clinton in June 2016, my doctor I had seen when I lived here 8 yrs ago was not taking new patients so I found myself searching for a new doctor. I contacted Summit and was able to make an appointment the next day with Dr. Eskew. I have been seeing him now on routine visits and can honestly say I trust him and find his bedside manner to be outstanding. I do not feel like a number but that he listens to my concerns and determines the best treatment.Appointments are easy to obtain and most of the time I am seen same day I call.
They are very good drs they make sure they talk to u and check u out to see problems that I have
Today was my first visit. Needless to say I've had a great experience.
My experience is always good at my Dr. Office at summit medical! My Dr. Jones and staff are great n are always welcoming

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
