I was removed, without notice from their service.

Terrible medical service. If I can leave a negative 5 I would. My mother was seen by Dr. Hayes over two months ago and is still waiting for her medications. Everytime she calls the office they tell her " oh yes the doctor will send the prescription to the pharmacy " yet it's hasn't been sent. She is pending to see a specialist (Ophthalmologist) and the referral has not been generated, nor have they sent the information to which doctor. This is serious negligence. We will be changing this doctor, a total of 3 loss patients.

Terrible. Does not listen, does not do correct testing. Told me for over two weeks I had the flu, saw Patty Evans one time for five minutes, i had Mono. He tries to attribute every illness to being the slightest bit overweight. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Dr. Hayes is a fine internist and has already gained my appreciation for knowing and alerting me to a drug I should not take while on plavix. This saved me from getting into trouble! He is seeing me again in just 2 wks time to assess my situation further. Thank You!!

Dr. Hayes was genuinely interested in me as a person, and asked the questions to determine what health issues I as having. He checked out the problems I was having, and was able to give me a quick diagnosis. In the process, he was able to alert me to some other issues that needed attention and promptly began the local treatments, He accurately diagnosed my main concern and with the prescription to my drugstore, I was able to get the relief I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes to my friends.

It is not like me to leave negative comments about anything--I'm a positive person and NOT a high-maintenance patient--but I have to say that Dr. Hayes is the worst doctor I've been to in my long life. He is passive and inattentive, sarcastic and not kind or caring in any way or form. I felt this way last yr and then decided maybe it was a bad day, but it was worse this year. I would not, and I'm not joking, take my dog to this doctor. Have never felt as negatively about another doctor of any description--my veterinarian is more knowledgable and caring by a long shot.
