William Dallas's Online Review Report Card

Very slow on relaying test results for my wife. Sent her to MMC for nuclear scan and ultrasound then claimed to have to request the results of the test from the Hospital. 5 days and no results.

Incredible surgeon and physician . He saved my life during emergency surgery...seriously !

Dr. Dallas was my surgeon at Methodist Medical Center. He was the best. He explained my plan of care and made sure I knew what to expect as well as what he expected me to do before and after surgery. I certainly did what was expected of me and did great after surgery. I knew exactly what to expect! I wish there were doctors everywhere like Dr. Dallas.

Dr. Dallas was my surgeon to remove an enlarged, 10lb, cystic spleen in May 2020 (open splenectomy). I went in scared and unsure what to expect and he made sure this chicken was comfortable and took the time to explain anything I needed him to. Post-surgery, he was there everyday while I was in hospital to follow-up on my condition. His bedside manner is extraordinary and I could tell he genuinely cares for his patients. The surgery went extremely well and I was back to work three weeks later. I would recommend him to ANYONE who needs a great surgeon. I was fortunate enough to get the best.

Dr Dallas cared for my father some years ago, and truly went the extra mile, with a very difficult patient. His technical skills are superb. More importantly, he took the time to learn what made my father tick as a person. He demonstrated patience, and genuine caring for his patient and our family.

Dr. Dallas is the best surgeon! He cares very deeply for his patients and the 8-10 inch incision was beautiful. I was so happy when my husband had to have emergency surgery and he was on call!

I’m a disabled veteran who saw Dr. Dallas on an emergency surgery basis for a ruptured appendix. His bedside manner is nonexistent, no sense of humor. His office is incompetent. Receptionist called to confirm an appointment and couldn’t stop laughing long enough to talk. I visited the office twice, both times I waited 30 minuets or more PAST my appt time. Apperantly, my time is not important. If I wanted crappy attitude, unprofessional service, and to wait past my appt time every appt, I would have drove to Johnson city to be seen by the VA Hospital!

Dr. Dallas is an amazing surgeon. More than that, he was kind and caring. He answered questions and listened to my concerns as well as my husband's and sisters'. I highly recommend him for any surgical procedure you may be facing.

I wouldn't take a dead cows to him.Dr Dallas has no Aftercare no bedside manner no sympathy. He sent me home as Frankenstein and I had to get my own wound care it took me 15 months for it to heal. No one has called to check on me or even to see if my wound was healed. He will never touch me again I have pictures, he withheld my metformin for 3-4 days in hospital. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

Dr. Dallas is a highly skilled and competent surgeon; however, such does not extend to his scheduler and office manager. The scheduler was very slow in processing the request for my insurance approval. Once the approval came in, the approval was totally ignored for over 2 months before I contacted his office to determine why. I made three subsequent contacts with no results. I requested, but was blocked, from addressing my concerns directly with Dr. Dallas.
