Stood outside the door and talked crap about me and refused to see me.
The staff is VERY rude. Honestly dealing with his staff is the worst experience I've ever had. The doctor himself is very nice. However, if the women on the staff don't like you, then good luck getting to see the doctor. When I went there, the staff went far enough to lie to him to get me kicked out just cause they didn't like me. Their first lie, they told the doctor I had failed my urine test for marijuana, which I don't smoke. When asked to see it, they said they had already thrown it out. Therefor I had demanded another test be taken and it sent to a lab for further screening. I had to wait till I could urinate again, just to get another sample. As I expected, it came back from the lab clean with ONLY what should have been in my system and NO MARIJUANA was in my system at all. Second lie, they told the doctor it couldn't be my urine because it was slightly cold. So they said I had to have brought it in with me. Again when asked to see it and for it to be sent to a lab for further screening again, they said they had already thrown it out. So there was no way for anyone to tell what the temperature actually was or if it was my urine. This again was a lie. I'm a firefighter and EMT, I don't do drugs so there was no reason for me to bring in someone else's urine. Not to mention I think carrying around someone else's urine is kind gross. I've went to several doctors offices due to my extensive medical problems. With just about all of them you have to take urine test. Out of the 100's of urine tests I've taken, I've never known of one place to throw them out before you see the doctor. They always hold on to them, till after you see the doctor so he himself can look at it if needed. Once your visit is over, they either dispose of the urine or send it to a lab for further screening. However, anytime there was an issue with mine, the women(staff) at this place, always state that they had already thrown mine out before the doctor or anyone else could verify the results. I find this odd due to the fact my mom and other people I know went there also. Anytime they had an issue with their urine screen, the staff still had it on hand and brought it to the doctor to see and verify. It seems that they had only thrown out mine, before it could be verified by the doctor or sent to the lab for further screening. Also, everyone I knew that went there including my mom totalled about 7 people. All of them have now left that clinic and have found new doctors due to the staff also treating them with no respect, being rude, and belittling them all the time. This clinic loses more patients per year than any other clinic I've seen, heard of, or been to because of their staff. If Dr. Capparelli was truly a competent, caring, and diligent doctor he would take a hard look at his staff and do something about it. I know he's gotten several complaints from patients. It seems he simply doesn't care that much about how his staff treats his patients. This makes him a really bad doctor when you take into account that a doctor is there for the patients and to help them. Dr. Capparelli is there for Dr. Capparelli and no one else, otherwise he would at least look into the issues going on there. However, even though he gets several complaints from people, he just brushes them off and they get rid of the patient instead of fixing the real issue which is the staff (women) up front. It boils down to this. If you don't mind dealing with people who think they are better than you, treat you like crap, and think you're nothing but garbage, then this is the place for you, because they are great at it. If you want a doctor who treats you with respect and will listen to your side and takes it into account, takes a serious look at your medical issues, and holds their staff to a higher standard of care, then this isn't the doctor for you. There are many great doctors out there, Dr. Capparelli could be one of those great doctors. Sadly his staff, his lack of action, and lack of care when it comes to how his patients are treated excludes him from being one of those great doctors.
I have been seeing Dr. Capparelli now for 8 years. Prior to him I was seeing V.A Doctors and verious others who would give me the impression that they were there for the money, how many patients could they get in from the time they report to the time they get off. Dr. Capparelli has been seeing my family and me and we really appreciate the time and effort he puts into his job. "I dont think he looks at it like a job, more of an enjoyment helping others". I recommend him to all I run into. I salute you Dr. Capparelli, from an ex-Air Force member who dont mind traveling over 100 miles to see a doctor of your caliber.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
