Whats the point of an appointment if it still takes an hour to be seen? We have a newborn and its very uncomfortable to sit in a car seat for an hour. We have been here multiple times and the front desk says it will only be a few minutes and it always takes an hour. There are literally no patients here Im confused as to why it takes so long.

1995 called. They want their MRI machine back. If you are looking for a long wait rude staff and NONstateoftheart equipment...this is the place to go.

I had a great experience here considering my referring ENT physician did not have my best interest at heart canceled my ultrasound without notifying me all because I had a few patient questions and concerns at my office visit and he did not take the time to answer he gave me a pamphlet and told me to read about it when I was upset and crying confused and in extreme pain. The staff here did great trying to help me get my appointment fixed and dealing with the rude staff at my referring ENT doctors office out of Cleveland TN. They patiently waited for my correct orders to get faxed over and sent images to the physicians I needed it to be sent to. They were great nice and calm in a not so calm imaging world their customer service and understanding went above and beyond in my particular case. My appointment was as brief as I could have imagined I was in and out in minutes after being properly registered. And Last but not least They have Charging stations in the lobby in case you have to wait longer than you want and need a charge just bring your USB cord or wall plug in they have both available so you can entertain yourself in case you have to wait for a while. Ill gladly come back to this office anytime I think its the best Chattanooga Imaging Ive ever been too and Ive been to just about every one.

Friendly staff great doctors and wonderful experiences. Ive had multiple scans with Chattanooga Imaging and every time everything has been great Also the pricing is so good. When I checked prices with the local hospitals Chattanooga Imaging was about a 3 times cheaper. Highly recommend

If you like to sit and wait and wait for them to take you for your appointment then this is the place to be They make you sit and wait and take other people whose appointments are after yours ahead of you and then when you ask to speak to a supervisor she never comes out to speak with you. You ask them to please have her call you because you are now late for work and the receptionist says she will give her my message and she doesnt return your call until 4 days later after I have called two times and asked to speak with her. Very unprofessional This has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will not come back here. My time is just as valuble as theirs
